DeVry Writing Center: Developing and Supporting Arguments

The first keyword here is developing. While we often quickly compose and deliver messages, thoughtfully following the writing process leads to more reliably effective messaging. Each part of the process involves aspects of supporting your messages to improve credibility, integrity, and professionalism as you enter conversation with other experts in the field.

Citing Sources in APA Style

DeVry University uses APA Style for research and documentation across all programs and courses. The APA Style website provides the best guidance for researching and writing.

The DeVry Writing Center (DWC) provides writing and communication resources to support students, faculty, colleagues and alumni. It is open to the public, though some resources have restricted access. Resource sharing and adaptation are permitted in line with the Creative Commons CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 deed. The DWC is a collaborative effort by the DeVry University's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and Library, with the support of other departments from Admissions to Alumni Relations.
