Jorge Amaro, MBA, FACHE has more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across the healthcare and biopharmaceutical industries. Mr. Amaro is President and CEO of A3i Health, leading a team that delivers accelerated procedural prior authorizations, patient assistance programs, and revenue cycle management services nationally.
Mr. Amaro’s command of payer medical and payment policy, healthcare finance, and operations has been leveraged to improve financial positions across renown organizations such as DaVita, Genentech, Becton Dickenson, Orlando Health, and more. He is the co-author of a Decision Support System embedding 15 decision trees within 7 implant categories that drove implant choice, site of service selection, and powered alternative payment models such as pay for performance and value-based payments. Jorge has been implementing the use of machine learning and AI within his organizations for the last 10 years.
Among several accolades, Jorge received the distinguished UCF College of Business Hall of Fame Entrepreneurial Alumni award, multiple American College of Healthcare Executives Regent awards, the American College of Healthcare Executives Presidents Award and is a board-certified Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Jorge actively serves on the UCF College of Business Advisory Board, Legacy Point Board, and proudly serves as President of the American College of Healthcare Executives of Central Florida.
Jorge holds an Advanced Management certification from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and undergraduate degrees in management and computer science.
Jorge and his wife love to ballroom dance, have two grown children, and serve in various community and church ministries.
