Managing Quality focuses on the quality function, its implementation, and cost and management in both manufacturing and service industries. The course provides students with a set of quality concepts and tools and the knowledge required for their application in quality planning, quality improvement, and quality control.

This LibGuide will highlight the library resources that address your course and project assignments.

Keyword v Subject searching

Keyword searching is when you begin with words you know.  As you see results and learn more about your topic your vocabulary will increase.  This is the start of moving from keyword searching to subject searching.  Articles will have many words.  Keyword searches bring back results on all those articles. A subject is an indexed term.  Each article has only a handful of subjects; they indicate what the article is really about.
