Entrepreneurship consists of the processes leading to any new venture and business opportunities.  At a minimum, this process has the following stages: (a) opportunity recognition; (b) strategy development; (c) specification of the venture's requirements and potential; (d) assembly of the resources and financing, and (e) starting the venture.
