You will need to contact the copyright holder and request permission for all purposes of the material you intend to use. You must keep the documentation for all requests and responses. Some works will require you to obtain multiple permissions since they have multiple copyright holders most commonly found with arts and music.

Obtaining Copyright permission can be a long process which sometimes is denied by the copyright holder or may include a fee to use. Please plan ahead if you seek copyright permission.
